Chicken Soup with Rice

By Mrs. Antar’s class (very delicious!)



1 onion

3 stalks celery

vegetable 0il

1 giant can and 1 regular Can chicken broth

2 cans tomato paste

4 cups cooked rice

6 oz. c 0 o k e d chicken – cut into small pieces




1. Cut onion and celery into small pieces.

Cook in a small amount of oil in a big pot.


2.  Add broth and  tomato paste- and cook  about haIf an hour..


3. Add chicken and Cook 15 more minutes

4. Add rice and cook about 15 minutes more.
